Teresa began her career training with TONI&GUY and gained extensive experience working in London, including advanced training with L’Oréal, Moroccan Oil, and in three different hair extension methods. In 2010, she fulfilled her dream by founding Diamante Salon, where she continues to combine her creativity and expertise.

A devoted mother of two beautiful daughters, Teresa balances family life with her passion for the salon. She loves being on the shop floor, where the salon feels like her second home and the team like her extended family. Teresa has a loyal following of clients who have truly become part of the Diamante family over the years.

Passionate about education, Teresa enjoys training apprentices and is planning to pursue a teaching degree to further develop her mentoring skills. Despite the challenges of running a busy salon while raising two children, she finds immense joy in creating a welcoming, professional environment where her clients and team thrive.

Rob is our amazing salon manager and has been working alongside Teresa for 14 years. As the face of the salon, he’s built a loyal client base that books weeks in advance. Known for his expertise in short hair, Rob’s dedication to the salon is second to none—and Teresa would be lost without him!

He’s a brilliant mentor to apprentices and is always furthering his skills. Rob, along with Meg and Freya, is continuously invited to specialist Moroccan Oil courses—an exciting opportunity for them to learn and grow together outside the salon. Outside of work, Rob loves spending time with his young daughter and winding down with a cold beer after a busy day.

Nancy has been a valued member of the Diamanté team for 2 years. She completed her NVQ with LCBT in London and is currently working towards her Level 3 at Shears Academy, continually developing her skills.

Nancy has a lovely way with clients, often receiving compliments on her gentle, relaxing shampoos. Her strengths include hair ups and beautiful blow-dries, making her a versatile and talented stylist.

Known for being honest, reliable, and hardworking, Nancy also helps Teresa with all the salon displays, ensuring everything looks perfect. Her friendly, professional approach makes her a favourite with both clients and the team.

If you’re looking for the best hair extensions, Freya is the stylist to see. She is a skilled extensionist with a talent for color matching, cutting, and styling, ensuring a flawless finish every time.

Freya also specializes in Balayage—a free-hand hair color technique (meaning “to sweep” in French) that creates natural-looking highlights with subtle regrowth lines.

A responsible and dedicated team member, Freya has played a key role in supporting the salon, often taking on extra responsibilities to help the team run smoothly.

We’re thrilled to welcome Demi back to Diamanté after taking time out to enjoy life as a mummy to her beautiful son. She has returned part-time, and we’re so excited to have her back after many years with the salon.

Demi’s true passion lies in her creative free-hand colour work, delivering personalised, vibrant results that her clients love. She’s also the expert to see for a keratin treatment, perfect for smooth, glossy hair.

Megan is our experienced Style Consultant, specializing in haircuts, coloring, and the art of baby highlights. With years on the salon floor, she’s your go-to for a personalized, polished look.

A proud and busy mum of three, Megan balances family life with her passion for hair. She’s also a fantastic mentor to apprentices and has welcomed countless new clients in her three years with us. She loves coming to work and enjoys the great rapport she shares with her team.

Ellie is our new trainee, currently training at Shears Academy. She is eager to learn and already shows a real talent for colour correction, which is her favourite area of work.

Ellie also has a keen interest in the salon’s social media, helping with photos and filming to showcase our work. We’re excited to watch her grow and can’t wait to see what she does next!

Amanda has been with us from the very beginning. Before joining Diamanté, she worked as a teacher trainer at a college, helping to guide the next generation of stylists. Over the years, she has become our perm queen—especially brilliant with curly hair, where she truly shines.

Known as our most glamorous stylist, Amanda always brings style and sparkle, never failing to impress with the latest trends. Outside the salon, she also works as a part-time carer. Next year is extra special, as she marries Tony—and the whole Diamanté team can’t wait to celebrate her big day!
